It does not cover international/domestic travel, visa fees, personal transport, or personal meals — this is not a travel allowance.

GmbH establishment is a core stage of the Programme pathway (Stage III), activated after the Germany Market-Validation Visit and an approved establishment decision. It carries a fixed €20,000 enterprise contribution alongside up to €10,000 in Programme Support Value, for a total €30,000 GmbH Establishment Service Package.

Coordination of the GmbH formation process; preparation and review of incorporation documents; coordination with the notary and the competent Chamber of Industry and Commerce; company-name clearance; coordination of the Commercial Register application; initial tax and VAT-registration support; and bank-account opening assistance. Expenditure from enterprise-specific requirements or case-specific complexity is borne by the enterprise.
