In response, the German Indian Business Alliance (GIBA), in collaboration with J3D.AI  is proud to present a high-level business dialogue alongside IAA Mobility Messe 2025 in Munich.  This curated forum brings together industry leaders, investors, and policymakers for an exchange of insights on battery technologies, green infrastructure, regulatory frameworks, and the scaling of sustainable mobility systems.

Silke Frank has been President of the German Hydrogen Association (DWV e.V.) since February 2025, following two terms as Vice President from December 2020 to February 2025. Now serving her third mandate on the supervisory board, her focus areas include representation, communication, association collaboration, member relations, and sales development.
As an entrepreneur, she founded Hydrogen Moves GmbH in May 2022. Guided by the motto “Push the Market!”, her team supports companies on their path from advanced product development (TRL 6–8) to successful market penetration. With the credo “Hydrogen Moves drives its clients’ hydrogen success”, the company combines three key pillars: strategic market consulting, exclusive networking, and market entry & communication.

Martin Lischka is a seasoned mobility professional with over 15 years of experience in the automotive and sustainable technology sectors. A pioneer in the Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) and Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle (FCEV) space, he has led groundbreaking projects from founding Automobili Pininfarina and shaping the record-breaking electric hypercar Battista, to driving commercial EV growth at QUANTRON. Having held key roles across Volkswagen Group/Audi, Automobili Pininfarina, QUANTRON, and ARTHUR, he combines commercial and engineering expertise with global leadership experience across Europe, India, and Brazil. Currently CEO of ARTHUR, he spearheads hydrogen mobility solutions, brand building, and investor relations, shaping the future of sustainable transport.
