Indian Hydrogen Delegation

Industry Engagement. Research Exchange. Strategic Partnerships.

Connecting Indian industry, research institutions, universities and government with Germany's hydrogen ecosystem.

Delegation Overview

The Indian Hydrogen Delegation forms an integrated three-day programme combining industrial visits, participation in the Hydrogen Transition Summit, and structured collaboration activities.

Day 1 : Industry & Innovation Immersion

The programme begins with curated visits to selected industrial facilities, research laboratories, and innovation organisations in the Burghausen region. The objective is to provide delegates with practical insight into Germany's hydrogen ecosystem while creating opportunities to engage directly with industry experts, researchers, and institutional stakeholders before the Summit. The day concludes with a delegation networking dinner, enabling participants to establish relationships within the delegation and with invited German stakeholders.

Day 2: Hydrogen Transition Summit

Delegates participate in the Hydrogen Transition Summit alongside the wider international community.

The Summit programme includes keynote addresses, expert panel discussions, thematic technical sessions, technology showcases, research poster presentations, startup demonstrations, and networking opportunities.

Participants will have opportunities to interact with leaders from industry, government, academia, investment, and the innovation ecosystem while exploring developments across the hydrogen value chain.

Day 3: Collaboration & Business Engagement

The final day focuses on facilitating practical collaboration. Delegates participate in curated business meetings and institutional discussions with German organisations based on areas of mutual interest identified during registration.

The programme shall include business discussions, university engagement, research collaboration meetings, technology partnership conversations, investment dialogue, and institutional networking. The objective is to provide an environment where discussions initiated during the Summit can progress towards future collaboration.

Strengthening Germany–India Collaboration in the Hydrogen Economy

The delegation extends beyond attendance at the Summit by combining industrial exposure, strategic dialogue, and structured business engagement into a single integrated programme. It has been developed to facilitate meaningful collaboration between Indian and German stakeholders while supporting long-term partnerships in hydrogen technologies, industrial decarbonisation, research, manufacturing, innovation, and skills development.
